Join our team as a Key Account Sales Manager (M/F) – Food Packaging and Household Products Division (AED).
The Position
A commercially driven professional, addressing the needs of Sales, Marketing, Packaging, and Industrial teams through innovative technical packaging solutions, with a focus on differentiation and added value within an economic framework. This individual champions the project both externally and internally.
They are responsible for the results of their assigned sector/market segment in terms of revenue and gross margin.
Reporting
They are part of the France Sales Department and report to the Food/Pharmaceutical Market Manager.
Missions
- Develop revenue and gross margin
- Manage a client portfolio primarily composed of international key accounts
- Acquire new accounts with a constant focus on delivering satisfaction, value, and differentiation
- Drive sales through a project-based approach and ensure successful execution both externally and internally
- Implement a prospecting plan for innovative new products
Experience & Profile
- Higher education degree in business and/or engineering
- Experience in B2B sales (packaging) or project management
- Essential knowledge of the printed packaging sector (cardboard, plastic, metal, labels, etc.)
- Knowledge of the food and home care markets is a plus
- Strong customer satisfaction focus, responsiveness, ability to sell differentiation, and persistence
- Strong commercial drive
- Excellent interpersonal skills and advisory approach, enabling achievement of goals by building trust with contacts
- Proficient in CRM/SAP software and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is mandatory (minimum B2 level)
Wage
Fixed salary based on profile + 15% variable bonus
Travel expenses reimbursed based on a mileage allowance (€0.40/km)
Location
Position based in MORANGIS (91), with at least 2 days per week on-site at the Sales Department.
