The Challenge<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We consulted and then chose the Sleever\u00ae group to address a marketing challenge for one of our mouthwashes manufactured in Europe.<\/p>\n\n

U.S. regulations require packaging with double tamper-evidence, which we had not been able to achieve until now. We therefore decided to integrate a sleeving machine into one of our multi-format production lines. <\/p>\n\n

The Solution<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We conducted several series of tests with Sleever\u00ae to identify the sleeve label that met our requirements.<\/p>\n\n

The chosen solution is a tamper-evident product called \u201cSeelcap\u00ae,\u201d implemented using the \u201cCombishrink\u00ae TE100-A33\u201d equipment (an electric application and shrinking machine). The challenge was that this new machine had to be integrated into an existing packaging line, which required precise adjustments and fine-tuning. <\/p>\n\n

Sleever\u00ae effectively solved every issue encountered, and their expertise in both the process and consumables was a real asset. Our teams are very confident in the performance of the equipment and in their future handling of it: both production operators and maintenance technicians greatly appreciated the detailed training and the immediate availability of documentation. <\/p>\n\n
