Join our team as a ROTOGRAVURE\/FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING MACHINE OPERATOR, based in Morangis (91).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities in this position will be as follows :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ensuring compliance with safety instructions in your environment
Preparing printing machine materials and tools
Making the necessary adjustments to ensure the machine runs smoothly (calibration – assembly and adjustment of the mechanical components of the Flexography and Gravure Units, electronic adjustments)
Carry out the \u201cBon A Rouler\u201d (ready to roll) for planned orders
Ensure rolling according to the production file, guaranteeing quality and deadlines
Continuously monitor print quality and record checks according to current quality instructions
Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of rotary press equipment and printing tools.
Ensure the communication necessary for the smooth running of the machine (reporting to the line manager, passing on instructions during shift changes, liaising with assistant operators to optimize setup time, etc.)
Participate in continuous improvement projects in the workshop<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Profile <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Printer with initial successful experience operating flexographic printing machines, ideally with additional screen printing management experience.
