Placement accuracy and stability at high speed
The Startec 600 is equipped with technology ensuring continuous sleeve feeding, eliminating tension variations. Sleeve opening and the formation of four folds guarantee precise application and excellent retention up to shrinkage. The casing is left to the integrator to provide maximum integration flexibility. Sleeve application is performed on-the-fly, triggered by bottle presence detection in the labeling machine’s outfeed star wheel. A remote reel feed for greater autonomy and ergonomics
Enhanced operator ergonomics and increased autonomy.
The reel storage is remote to facilitate operator access. It is adjustable and includes two unwinders compatible with cores from 125 to 256 mm.
Loading is simple, adjustments are quick and tool-free. A non-stop buffer allows connection without production interruption.
Interconnected and secure control
An interface optimized for adjustments and format changes
The Startec 600 control is interconnected with the labeling machine. The color touchscreen HMI, ranging from 10 to 20 inches, offers optimized ergonomics with three-level access management. Machine parameters and recipes can be stored for up to 99 formats
Hot air shrink technology adaptable to line speeds
An adjustable tunnel for controlled shrinkage
The Startec® 600 integrates a hot air shrink tunnel suitable for all types of caps. Temperature and airflow control is centralized in the HMI.
The tunnel length is configurable from 1 to 3 meters depending on line speed, with a motorized raise and lower function for precise adjustment to product height.
