The Tampertec® 700 is equipped with a casing that provides maximum visibility of the application head and full access when opening the doors.
The sleeve is driven continuously, eliminating tension variations.
The opening and formation of four folds ensure high placement precision and optimal sleeve retention until the shrinkage phase.

Cutting consistency and durability
The product is driven by a double vertical screw to provide perfect bottle stability and precise positioning relative to the sleeve.
The cutting is performed by a block consisting of a rotating cylinder with three blades that operates across the entire width of the sleeve.
This technology ensures high repeatability and cutting longevity, reaching up to 10 to 15 million cycles depending on the sleeve type.
A flexible reel loading system suited for high speeds
Increased autonomy and production continuity
The loading station is adjustable and located outside of the machine to adapt to the line configuration and facilitate operator access.
It includes two reel unwinders that can accommodate mandrels from 125 to 256 mm in diameter.
The connection table is equipped with support rollers and a non-stop buffer to ensure easy setup.
Easy reel loading, quick tool-free adjustments, and an antistatic system ensure smooth sleeve unwinding at high speed.
Hot air shrinkage technology adjustable according to line speed
An adjustable tunnel for controlled shrinkage
The Tampertec® 700 integrates a hot air shrinkage tunnel equipped with nozzles suitable for all types of caps.
The tunnel is secured by a casing with a locking system.
The temperature and airflow are controlled via the HMI based on the line speed.
The tunnel length is configurable from 1 to 3 meters, and the motorized raise and lower function allows for precise adjustment to product height.
