The Client

The Challenge

We consulted and then chose the Sleever® group to address a marketing challenge for one of our mouthwashes manufactured in Europe.

U.S. regulations require packaging with double tamper-evidence, which we had not been able to achieve until now. We therefore decided to integrate a sleeving machine into one of our multi-format production lines.

The Solution

We conducted several series of tests with Sleever® to identify the sleeve label that met our requirements.

The chosen solution is a tamper-evident product called “Seelcap®,” implemented using the “Combishrink® TE100-A33” equipment (an electric application and shrinking machine). The challenge was that this new machine had to be integrated into an existing packaging line, which required precise adjustments and fine-tuning.

Sleever® effectively solved every issue encountered, and their expertise in both the process and consumables was a real asset. Our teams are very confident in the performance of the equipment and in their future handling of it: both production operators and maintenance technicians greatly appreciated the detailed training and the immediate availability of documentation.
